The tradition continues, mainly outside of the cities where digital has not yet managed to overtake the beautiful human artwork that India is renowned for. Sometimes they can be a little rough around the edges and other times just plain strange, but it’s the sheer craftsmanship as well as the sweet sentiment that really captivated me on my travels. A man obsessed, the Indians thought I had lost my mind, trying to shoot something that they consider so everyday and insignificant.
